Serger Basics This is a class for those who have a new serger, haven't touched their "old" serger in a while or just want to see what sergers do. We'll cover threading, tension adjustment and look at the various stitches your serger can do. This would also be a great time to check out a serger if you are in are looking into purchasing one. We have sergers available for rent. $50 all supplies included Cover Hem Sergers A class set aside for those who have machines that do the cover hem. Learn how to thread your machine, start and stop stitching and make a simple project to show off your work. $50 all supplies included  Serger Quilt
Create a lap size quilt completely on your serger. No Serger experience
required. We'll teach you how to cut, serge and finish this great serger
project. $60
Beginner Serger: This class is for those who know very little about their sergers and is paced so that you can learn to use your serger properly and with confidence. The instructor will teach you many time saving tips and tricks to enable you to get the most out of your serger. You will make up to three practical projects to show off your new skills as well making samples for a sample book. $120 (includes fabric and thread kit) Sweatshirt: Learn some super, time saving techniques in this quick and easy class. Students will learn how to cut and serge a T-Shirt or Sweatshirt completely on the serger. $30 |
